All tickets good for night of purchase only. There are two types of tickets used at the Richmond Oktoberfest: Admission & Food Tickets.

ADMISSION TICKETS . . . . .
The admittance ticket is multi-purpose and has two parts. A portion is used to enter the event hall, another portion is for you to fill out and drop into the door prize drum for a chance to win a door prize. (MUGS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PURCHASE. THEY CAN BE OBTAINED FOR $10.00).

Admission ticket prices are as follows:
If purchased in advance.....................................................................$8.00
If purchased at the door.....................................................................$10.00
Admittance only is free to children 15 and under when accompanied by a ticket holding adult.

FOOD Tickets . . . . .
Cash is not accepted for any food or drink purchases within the Hall. You must exchange cash for Oktoberfest food tickets after entering the Hall. (Please note, Oktoberfest food tickets not valid at all souvenir booths. Please ask at souvenir booth before making souvenir purchases. The exchange cashier stand is located near the entrance in the Hall.)

RESERVATIONS and TICKETS BY MAIL . . . . .
Group seating reservations can be made for both Friday and Saturday nights. If you wish to place a seating reservation, a minimum of 8 seats must be reserved and payment of tickets must be received before reservation can be placed.

To purchase tickets through the mail, and for you to receive your admission tickets through the mail on time, all reservations and payment for tickets must be received no later than October 13, 2008 if tickets must be mailed out of the local Richmond area. Or if you prefer, you can request that your admission tickets be held for you at the door. Please remember to include a name and address under which you wish to have them saved for you.
